Hey guys, thought should do another blog update, today i recieved a plating monti and a sun coral from Rob absolutly chuffed as they look ace (cant wait for the sun to open lol) also did some scape changes, the cyano has finally started to calm down (just got some stubborn bits on the rocks) and yes i still dont have a background anyway i will let pics do the talking ...
Here is the new scape, please excuse the corals not fully open, i only just finished the scape, i just want to make a smaller tower on the left and i will be done ALSO: I promise a background will be coming soon!!! i just havent got round to it!!!
Not much has been happening in the tank lately, except one of the tips on my stylophora is injued due to the torch (its tenticles have been extending alot now its at the top of the tank) but i have moved the sps and the flow so the tenticles wont hit it. The trumpet and lobo have been moved into a frag rack and are being fed mysis twice daily, also got a bit of cyano developing but water changes are tackeling that. Right day 2 and i think its pic time, but first todays news from inside the tank! the stylophora was knocked over by the urchin "AGAIN" :mad: all corals are doing great however and test results indicate that mag was a bit low so thats been dosed and calcium was a bit high so thats being left as it is, saving up for more sps and lps colonies now lol In other news (this time not good) the trumpet coral got knocked onto the ricordia florida one night several days ...
